Please include your device model, operating system version, and the screen where the issue happened. A short step-by-step description is enough.
Billing questions
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Include the store you used and the approximate purchase date. Do not send full payment card details.
Response path
We use support mail to understand product issues and reply when a response is needed.
